1. Log in to your account in the client area.
2. From the general panel or main menu, select the Domains option.
3. Select the domain for which you want to configure the new NS servers, then click the Active button.
4. On the next page, click: Modify the nameservers your domain points to.
- Check Custom Nameservers (enter below).
- Enter the new addresses of the NS servers (you can add up to 5 servers).
- Ensure the NS servers you enter are valid and registered.
5. After verifying the data, click Modify nameservers.
Once the changes are saved, the new settings must propagate in the global network. This process can take up to 72 hours, depending on the domain's TLD zone and the DNS servers used.
6. How to add DNS records if you do not have NS servers?
If your hosting provider does not offer its own NS servers but you need to add DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, etc.), follow the steps below:
- Specify the following NS servers for the domain:
dns1.name-services.com
dns2.name-services.com
dns3.name-services.com
dns4.name-services.com
- After changing the NS servers, click DNS Management in the left menu.
- On this page, you can add the records you need.
