How to Restore Email Accounts Using JetBackup 5

  1. Log in to your cPanel.
  2. Access JetBackup 5.Jetbackup.png
  3. Select Email Accounts for Restoration:

    In the Restore & Download section, click on Email Accounts.

  4. Choose the email account you wish to restore:

    Select the email account that you wish to restore. If you have multiple accounts, you can use the search function to find the desired account. Click the Restore button.

    Note: If you wish to select another date for your backup restore, click the corresponding Choose Other Backup button and select the desired date.

  5. Confirm the Restoration:

    On the Restore Summary screen, ensure that your email accounts are present under Items To Restore, then click Restore Selected Items.

  6. Monitor the Restoration Process:

    Wait for the queue to complete the restoration task. The status will change to Completed when the restoration is finished.

  7. Check the Restoration Status:

    A queue status of Completed indicates that the restoration was successful. If you see a Failed status, you can try another date or contact our support.
