 How to Restore a MySQL Database Using JetBackup 5

Steps for Restoring a Database.

  1. Log into your cPanel.
  2. Go to JetBackup 5.

  4. Select the Database for Restoration. In the "Restore & Download" section, click on "Databases".

  6. Locate the Database you wish to restore and click the "Restore" button.

  7. (Optional) Choose a Different Backup Date. Click the "Choose Other Backup" button if you want to specify a different date.

  8. Confirm the Restoration.
    On the "Restore Summary" screen, ensure that the database item is listed under "Items to Restore".
    Click on "Restore Selected Items".

  9. Monitor the Queue Status.
    Wait for the restoration job to finish.
    The status will change to "Completed" when the restoration is successfully completed.

  10. Check the Restoration Status.
    If the queue status shows "Completed," your database has been successfully restored.
    If the status shows "Failed," try another backup date or contact support.
