1. Log in to your account in the client area.
2. From the general panel or main menu, select the Domains option.
3. Select the domain for which you want to configure the new NS servers, then click the Active button.
4. On the next page, click: Modify the nameservers your domain is pointing to.
- Check the option "Custom nameservers (enter below)."
- Enter the new NS server addresses (you can add up to 5 servers).
- Ensure that the NS servers you enter are valid and registered.
5. After verifying the data, click on Modify nameservers.
After saving the changes, the new settings must propagate through the global network. This process can take up to 72 hours, depending on the domain's TLD zone and the DNS servers used.
6. How to Add DNS Records if You Don’t Have NS Servers?
If your hosting provider does not offer its own NS servers, but you need to add DNS records (A, CNAME, MX, TXT, etc.), follow these steps:
- Prepare a list of the necessary DNS records you want to add. Make sure to include all important details, such as hostname, IP address, priority (for MX records), etc.
- Contact our support team and provide the prepared information.
- We will add the specified records to the system and notify you as soon as the changes are applied.
If you have any additional questions, our support team is always ready to assist.
