FTP accounts are managed in the control panel:
cPanel → File section → FTP Accounts.
To create an additional account, enter in the form "Add FTP account" the following data: New account login: Password 2 times. If the given password does not meet the security requirements, you can use the password generator; FTP root directory; Available disk quota.
Please note: the login of the created account includes the "@" symbol and the main domain name. For example, for an admin FTP account on cPanel hosting with the main domain example.com, the login will look like admin@example.com. You can change the password for an additional FTP account in the "FTP Accounts" section → the "Change Password" link
You can also use the links next to the FTP account to change the available FTP account quota, view the FTP client settings, or delete the FTP account.
